When will my items ship

Armani Consulting Corp will ship items in stock every Wednesday which have been purchased and paid for via our website in the most economical way via United Parcel Services (UPS), USPS or FedEx once the item is shipped an email will be sent to the purchaser with the tracking number and the estimated expected delivery dates. 

If the purchaser needs the purchased items expedited to their location additional shipping charges will charged to the purchaser and these shipping fees will be communicated to the purchaser at the time of checkout.

Shipping charges will be waived for orders over one thousand us dollars not including sales tax.



Where do we ship to:

Armani Consulting ships items in the Continental United States of America and will not be shipping any items internationally unless prepaid and prearranged shipping cost are arranged by the purchaser and Armani Consulting Corp. representative.



Shipping of Returns

Customer will be responsible for shipping cost for returns of unwanted items back to Armani Consulting Corp.  if after items are purchased the customer does not want the item for any reason.  We recommend the customer maintain the packaging.  If the returned items are damaged as a result of lax packaging Armani Consulting Corp. will not provide a refund.



The Return Process

All unwanted items must be returned within 7 business days of receipt of an order to obtain a maximum refund minus the restocking fee.  There is a restocking fee for items and the restocking fee is a range of 5% to 15% of the initial cost of the item depending on the size and availability  of the items.  All restocking fees will be emailed to the purchaser once the item is received at our location.  We recommend returns be shipped in a manner that can be tracked by the shipper.  Armani Consulting Corp. must be notified of the intention of the return via email to armani@armani-engr.com prior to shipping the item for return.  Once the email is received and acknowledged a representative from Armani Consulting Corp. will respond to the email and issue a return authorization number which should be written on the box or inside the package being returned.

Payment returns will be given in the same payment format they were purchased with.  So for example if a visa was made to purchase articles being returned the visa will be credited.  If a check was provided for payment, then a check will be provided and so forth.  Refunds will not be given to items that are refurbished prior to purchase and classified as refurbished to the purchaser on the website.  Also refunds will not be provided for items which have been noticeably damaged once received by Armani Consulting Corp.
